Terms and Conditions:

Use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of the following terms, except terms that are prohibited by law: Redeemable for any goods or services at our two store locations. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced so please treat gift cards as you would cash. There is no expiration date (although we do hope to see you within one year) and non-use does not affect account balance. Gift card cannot be replaced.


  • First-Class Mail is a fast and affordable service for packages weighing up to 4 oz. Delivery is in 3 -5  days or less. Only available on the east coast.
  • Media Mail shipping is a cost-effective way to send packages in 7 to 14 days. All items over 13 oz. will be sent through media mail.
  • All packages will include delivery confirmation.
  • All items are securely packed in padded mailers for a safe delivery.
  • Free shipping on all items over $8.00 anywhere in USA.

There is no "minimum order". Simply add the items to your cart and then click "proceed to checkout". The shipping options (and charges) will be displayed on the final page for checkout.

Everything we sell is guaranteed to play perfect but it’s not guaranteed you will like it. If it's a gift you can exchange the item for store credit. Full refunds for a defective item are only available for online purchases (purchases at All in store purchases (purchases made at any of our 2 store locations) when returned for these reasons will be exchanged for store credit only (no credit/debit or cash refunds). If you purchased an item at one of our 2 retail stores than the price sticker is your receipt. If you would like to return an item that was purchased online because the item was defective or not as described than 1) we will see if we can replace the item with the exact item in perfect condition or 2) the refund will be given in the way it was purchased (ex. Credit/debit card refund, PayPal, money order, cash). We are not responsible for return shipping costs but we will pay for the shipping if it’s an item that we are sending to the customer for an exchange. If we are replacing the item we would first expect to receive the damaged or inaccurately described item first before we will go ahead and replace it or refund the item. Any items purchased from our online store that are defective or inaccurately graded would have to be sent back or shown defective (ex. Photo sent through e-mail).
